Personal Online Banking System Login Process
Our new online banking system now live! Read the First-Time Login Process steps below to learn how to log into the new system.
First-Time Login Process
IMPORTANT: To ensure a smooth first-time login process, it is important that your online banking profile includes your current phone number and email address. Please login to review and update your phone and email address as soon as possible. If you need assistance, please contact us at 320-235-5900.
You can login using your existing User ID and Password. Upon your first login, you will have the option to receive a text or phone call with a one-time passcode to verify your identity. You will simply enter this passcode into the system and submit to securely login.
Please be aware of the following key first-time login reminders.
- If you are unsure of your User ID, please contact us for assistance.
- If you are unsure of your Password, you can easily reset it by selecting “Forgot Password” from the online banking login screen and following the on-screen prompts. For those using token+PIN login you will also need to set up a password by following the forgot password link.
Once you have logged into the new system:
- Review and edit your recurring internal transfers, if applicable.
- Set up external transfers, if applicable.
- Set up your alerts settings as you wish.
- Set up your card control settings as you wish.
Our New Mobile Banking App
Our mobile banking app also got an update! You can access the Lake Region Bank mobile banking app in two ways:
1. Through Our Current Mobile Banking App
Open your current app to be redirected to download the new app. Once downloaded, login with your existing User ID and Password as noted above, then delete the old app.
2. Direct Download
Search for Lake Region Bank in your device’s app store and download the new app. Login with your existing User ID and Password, as noted above. Once you’ve downloaded the new app, please delete the old one.
NOTE: If you previously used biometrics to login, you will need to reestablish this feature within the new app.
New Online Banking System FAQs
Will there continue to be a separate personal banking app?
No. With our new app, you can conveniently access your personal and business accounts from a single app.
When did the new online and mobile banking system go live?
The upgrade took place between 5:00 pm on Monday, May 18 and 8:00 am on Wednesday, May 20.
Will my existing account information transfer to the new system?
Yes. Your transaction history, bill pay payees, scheduled payments, internal transfers, recurring internal transfers, and eStatement settings will carry over automatically.

How do I log in for the first time after the upgrade?
What if I forgot my User ID or Password?
How do I download the new mobile app?
On or after May 20, you can either follow the redirect from our current app to download the new one, or search “Lake Region Bank” in your app store and download it directly. Then simply log in with your existing credentials and delete the old app.
Will biometric login still work?
Yes, but you will need to re-enable biometrics (such as Face ID or fingerprint login) after you sign in to the new mobile app for the first time.
