- All full-time employees receive 6 hours of volunteer time per year.
- Jeans for a Cause: For a weekly monetary donation to the team’s charity of choice, employees can wear jeans to the office on Fridays.
- Employees can volunteer time picking up garbage in our Adopt a Highway program.
- Lake Region provides scholarships to kids whose parents work at the bank: $100 for each full year, up to $500.
