From day trips to the Twin Cities to watch a play to monthly outings to Mystic Lake Casino to play the slots, to local lunch n’ learns, Good Neighbor Club members have lots of local fun to look forward to.
Lunch n’ Learns at the Willmar Branch
Join us for our quarterly lunch n’ learns with local experts. We’ve hosted estate planning attorneys to talk about wills and legacy planning, medical professionals to explain how to use electronic health record software, Social Security experts, chiropractors, and everyone in-between. If there’s something you’d like to learn more about, get in touch with us to suggest a lunch n’ learn topic.
Lunch n’ learns are hosted in the Good Neighbor Club room at our Willmar location. Lunch is at noon, and the presentation follows. Space is limited, so make sure to let us know you’re coming!
Regional Day Trips
Good Neighbor Club members love good company and a good time, which is why we take advantage of everything Minnesota has to offer. We’ve attended Twins games together, shopped for spring blooms at Gerten’s, and attended countless plays and musicals, including Hamilton, The Lion King, and other Broadway hits. We travel together by bus and usually stop for a meal on our day trips. Coffee and treats are available on the bus, too!
Monthly Mystic Lake Outings
Our monthly trip to Mystic Lake is always a popular outing! We leave by bus from our branches in the morning and spend the day gaming at Mystic Lake in Prior Lake. We plan our trips on the casino’s 50+ fun day, where you can take advantage of $15 for slot play and a $4 food voucher.

Good Neighbor Club members enjoy exclusive benefits at Lake Region Bank. They can qualify for a Good Neighbor Club interest-bearing checking account and a free debit card. They can also take advantage of free bank services, including money orders, notary services, and photocopies. Good Neighbor Club members are eligible for a discount on a safe deposit box, too.
