Home Loans by the Numbers
We are proud of all the hard work our home loan team has put in this year. Between January 1 and November 15 this year, our home loan team wrote a total of 103 loans for buyers. The total value of all of these loans came to $18,758,327. The average loan amount was $180,368. The average interest rate on our home loans during this time was 6.74 percent, fluctuating between 5.75 percent and 8.5 percent. We’re hoping home interest rates continue to fall in 2025. So, where are all of the homes these loans helped purchase? Most of them are in or around our community. The most popular communities included Willmar, Spicer, New London, Clarkfield, Granite Falls, Kandiyohi, Litchfield, St. Paul, Montevideo, and Pennock.
